Converting Date Time from "Date Hour Minute Second" To "Date Hour Only"

Need help. I have a Date Time field in "Date-Hour-Minute-Second" format. I am trying to convert that to "Date-Hour Only" only. For example, if my Date Time field has data like this 2024-10-29 05:55:18, I want it to show as 2024-10-29 05 only.
