I have in a table a column of text for maturity/expiration dates in the future, example 2/24/28, that I am trying to convert to actual dates. I have tried the DateTime tool with no luck. The issue seems to be that the year is only two characters. When I get this list in Excel, Excel prompts for the option to convert the string into a date format by converting to a 19xx year or a 20xx year.
Any insight or help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi @LWSilva
Can you let us know the specifics?
2/24/28
- What does the 2 represent?
What does the 24 represent?
- What does the 28 represent?
Is it this what you are looking for?
Pedro.

HI pedrodrfaria;
Yes, this is exactly what I was trying to do! I cannot believe that I missed that option in the DateTime tool!
Thank you very, very much for helping this newby (2 days using Alteryx).
