Convert selected columns based on delimiters into rows

Hi All,

 

I have have a dataset as follows:

 

SL NO.DateProduct
1216-NovW46
1317-NovED76 // W5//W46
1418-NovEF455

 

I want convert the product specific columns into rows using the delimiter :

 

Output:

 

SL NODateProduct
1216-NovW46
1317-NovED76 
1317-Nov W5
1317-NovW46
1418-NovEF455

 

Help is much appreciated.
