Convert date - Formula

I have a report and the date in my report shows up as 01-Dec-2022 and I would like to convert it to 12/01/2022. I have tried the Date Time tool and can't seem to get it to work, I've also tried formulas, but I'm not having any luck. I've looked at all the other post on Date Time conversion and can't seem to find the one that fits my needs... I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out.

Thanks Shanker, It works. I was trying to do it in one step, but I see that I should have broken it out into 2 steps.

The second solution will help to achieve in one step too.
