Convert count into percentage

I am trying to convert below report count into percentage eg:

Input data

Status0 - Day1 - Day2 - 5 Days6 - 10 Days11 - 14 Days> 14 DaysTotalClosed23244343242342339898323348878162101

Output data

Status0 - Day1 - Day2 - 5 Days6 - 10 Days11 - 14 Days> 14 DaysTotalClosed %14%21%14%25%20%5%100%

you could use a multi field formula.
I included a configured tool.

Formula:
tostring(Round([_CurrentField_]/[Total]*100, 1))+"%"
