Continue Registration error on Free Trial

Question

I am trying to begin my Free Trial, however every time I click 'Start Solving' after putting my details in and clicking activate, I receive a pop up message of 'Continue Registration or Exit'. Clicking Continue registration does not do anything and clicking Exit causes the Alteryx program to close entirely. I have been stuck in this loop. I have registered with My Alteryx on Mission Control.

its not so easy... I am trying to use it at work. Uninstalling requires IT System Admin approval and so does installing.
