Contains and lookup option in alteryx

Hi Experts

I am trying to find joint option to use contains and find and replace option together to fetch the data of a team FNA/FIN/FPA  or ALL Teams listed in assessment sheet2 to Sheet1 based on the listed activity and risk of the teams in sheet1 as criteria. I know how to use them separately but jointly i am not able to find a way to get the details.
