Connection to Sharepoint (Sign in via Internet Browser) doesn't open the login window

Hi , I'm having trouble to connect to sharepoint using the Sharepoint Files input 2.0.1 , when I selected  (Sign in via Internet Browser) nothing happens 

Can you help me please to identify what would be the issue?

This tool is compatible with Alteryx Designer version 2021.3.4 and later. Also, I encourage you to update it to version 2.1.0.

Make sure you don't have pop-ups blocked. :)

hi @gabrielvilella , sorry yes I have the version 2.1.0 of the tool and the designer is also above the version you said

@smoskowitz  yes it was the first thing we check

Any other ideas?

This would be in your browser's settings menu -- it's not something specific to Alteryx.
