Connection to Platform was not Successful - Tableau output ( using Alteryx designer 2023.1 on Tool V1.1.1 )
I had to redo the certificate due to 'Zscaler' being rolled out in our company . Instead of single certificate for tableau Online , i copied the chain has which has 4 certificate in a hierarchy ) and appended it to cert.pem file and it worked fine . for the tableau output tool 1.1.1. my location for CERT.PEM file is this one -
C:\Users\windowsUser_ID\AppData\Roaming\Alteryx\Tools\Tableau_v1.1.1_venv\Lib\site-packages\certifi\cacert.pem
( somewhere in this community i saw reference to Zscaler but not exact problems as described above )
Most interesting thing is there was no announcements from alteryx when such changes are required upon Zscaler rollout
