In establishing a Teradata Connection, I'm encountering the following error:
Connection Error:
ERROR [28000] [Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver] Not enough information to log on
Has anyone encountered this error with a Teradata connection and how to resolve?

The error suggests an authentication issue. Double check the ODBC connection settings in particular your authentication options. I don't think this is an Alteryx issue - you can check this by testing the ODBC connection from another application e.g. Excel or Tableau.

Thanks for the reply. You're right in that it's not Alteryx. We needed to reinstall the Teradata drivers and that took care of it.
