Connecting to Website

Looking to establish a connection to the below rss link however when trying to do this I keep getting an HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized error.

Anyone able to give this a try to see if they are able to connect? 

To replicate the steps that get you to the rss link above you can:

-go to https://data.europa.eu/data/datasets/consolidated-list-of-persons-groups-and-entities-subject-to-eu-...

-scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Access" button

I suspect this issue is related to passing through an access token of that is available when you inspect the back-end webpage, but I haven't been able to crack it.

I couldn't get the Download Tool to do this for neither love nor money, but it's simple enough with the Python Tool,
