Connecting to Sharepoint SSO

Hi there

I've just updated to the latest Alteryx version and installed the latest Sharepoint input tool from the Alteryx Marketplace. I'm trying to find where I can authenticate my details to receive files from Sharepoint. In the old version of the Sharepoint input tool, you could directly authenticate via the inbuilt app function, which will open a web browser for you to authenticate. Now I only have the option to "Setup connection" using data connection manager. 

Does anyone know how i can authenicate using the old version?

@Alteryxuserhere press setup connection, create datasource and for your sharepoint crednetial put in these values 

It then should take you to SSO via browser (NB this is based on designer 2023.1 and v2.4.2 of the SP tool)

@aatalai Many thanks for your prompt reply. When I click setup connection, I cant seem to create a datasource. When I click new it just asks me to search for technologies and sharepoint doesnt seem to show up.

Try adding it by going to file > manage connections and see if you can add it that way?

Thanks this worked! But it seems to only have sharepoint list. How do I connect to sharepoint files?

What are the list of technologies before you start typing? Have you tried scrolling through the list?

There was only Sharepoint available and when you select it only Sharepoint list is available
