Does anyone have any experience connecting Alteryx to IBM InfoSphere Information Governance Catalog? This is something a potential client has asked about so I don't have any prior knowledge of the system or access for testing. Here's what I have been able to work out for myself: * IGC is part of the InfoSphere platform which doesn’t have a native connector to Alteryx. * It seems to be possible to export CSVs which would obviously work as data sources but require manual work on their side. * The recommended approach for getting data out of InfoSphere as a feed is using the InfoSphere Metadata Asset Manager which generates XML files. * Digging deeper these are a special type of XML called XMI. An example of this file format is here. I'm still getting my head around what exactly an XMI is and how this data would be utilised within Alteryx, but if anyone has any experience and can give me some pointers that would be very helpful.
