Connect In-DB Tool Connects to Databases But Returns Empty Tables

Has anyone experience an issue with the Connect In-DB tool where sometimes the connection to the database shows "Empty" where there should be tables, yet other times it pulls in the tables? I've attached screenshots from the Query Builder, where I am using the same connection that I set up but trying to connect to different tables within the database. For reference, this is a Teradata connection using APTERA where I have the encrypt password for user set.
