Conflicting Formula Tool Output

Hi All,

I have this formula tool computing a start date. In the tool preview I can see the end output should be 10/31 (the correct date) however, I cannot get the tool to output this 10/31 and it rather outputs 10/03. Curious if this is an easy fix from something wrong on my end.

Sometimes the Formula Tool will cache a sample data point that it uses to show the Data Preview. If input changes, then the output will not be what is expected. Without seeing the formulae used, it is difficult to troubleshoot. Although, since you have many steps involved in getting to the final output for [periodEffectiveDate], I recommend seeing at which point in the chain the issue is occurring (i.e. output does not match expected). It looks like every other new field does match the data preview, which is odd.
