Config Window flashes but won't show anything in the window

Has you experienced this in Alteryx Designer? The config window flashes and I can see the 2nd section (where you assign the data source, project, etc.) but I won't stay on-screen.  It goes blank.  I can click off of the Tableau Output Tool then on it again and it briefly appears in the config window then goes away again.  I haven't had this issue until mid-July.  Very odd.  I am unable to delete the folders in Program Data / Alteryx associated with the tool.  Thoughts?  Ideas?  I've uninstalled Alteryx then reinstalled it.  Do you know what's going on and how to fix it?
