Conditional running total with ability to be set to zero when shares convert

I have a problem I can't really figure out, and I am turning to you for guidance, help, and a solution. 

The table I have and the Value column is the desired output.

I have gotten this far 

Are you sure about the formula in Round 7 for Company X? It appears it is not the same as for round 4.
