Conditional Formatting on two columns

Hi Everyone,

I am relatively new to this and can't seem to find the answer for my situation.  I am trying to apply conditional formatting using criteria from two columns.  For example if column "A" is "Yes" and column "B" is null highlight column B.

How do I do this?

Many Thanks

B
