Condense four records into one record

I have the following output data, but I need it to be reflected as one record, and not four, with the Grand Total.

I can de-select the Trans Date no problem, but I need to have the data consolidated into one record.

Current Records:

Item	Description	UOM	Dept Name	Trans Date	SUN	MON	TUE	WED	THU	FRI	SAT	Grand Total
1203	COVER SHOE XTRC SMS XL 3 PLY	BX	GENERAL SURGERY	5/26/2020	0	0	3	0	0	0	0	3

Suggested Record:

Can anyone give me some ideas on how I can do this?

Hi there. This is a perfect job for the summarize tool. See attached workflow as an example.

Thank you @JosephSerpis  and @jeff_reynolds !  I knew there was an Alteryx solution - am so embedded in this project that I couldn't see for the trees !
