Condense amount of rows

Hi Alteryx Community,

I am currently seeing multiple rows for the same ID# and I am trying to condense these rows so that I do not have too many in my output. Please see below what I currently have versus what I am trying to get to. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Summarize tool should get you there 🙂 

You can rename the fields in the Summarize tool if required
