Concatenate two headers in file

Please help to add /Concatenate the two headers that are in the file .Have attached the input and wanted output.

@Devika you need to extract the headings and combine using the summarise tool then union with the original file

Would request you to help me with the changes that i have to make if i take out the *INPUT* Row

This is the input file for which i would like to apply @binu_acs

@Devika in the input tool check the option 6 - first row contains data, once that’s is fine run the workflow you will see the heading INPUT In the first row and you can use the sample tool to skip the record

@Devika your latest input file is slightly different from the one you provided initially. I will update the workflow based on the new input file and will post here
