Please I have two similar character strings x1 and x2, and I want to insert "," into x2 at the same position where the "," is in x1.
Please note that there could be multiple commas in x1. See the example below.

Hmm, upon investigating - you will need to have a masterlist of addresses to pull this off. Because the placement of commas "," is not consistent.
