Compare amount of Month year N vs same month year N-1

Hi, 

I am trying to create a column where I have the variation of sales of this month's year vs last year.

ex: 01-2019 vs 01-2020 variation (see attached file)

I tried using a filter to segregate 2 years but can't do that for more than 2 years. thanks a lot!

This can be achieved using a cross-tab tool to "pivot" your data.

This will work for any number of years and is grouped by the month. Hope this helps!
