Community User ID Error when taking the Alteryx Designer Core Certification Exam

Does anyone have the Community User ID Error when taking the Alteryx Designer Core Certification exam?

One of my students can't start the exam because of the Community User ID Error.

The email address is the one for the Alteryx license. But the user ID doesn't work.

Not so confident about it but 

Has he used the correct username as it is case sensitive

closing it and reopening might help.

Yes, everything is correct.

The student solved the problem by using a different browser.
