Combining two documents into 1 table

Hi All, I have two documents and am looking to combine the data into one table refer to the example below:

So what I am looking to do is combine the TAG ID's of all the puppy 2 columns into a table with their litter number such as this:

Apologies, I am new and was just wondering whether this would be possible?

This is a perfect example of why Excel is not a database. When I come to power...
