Combining three output files

I created three input files with Income 1, Income 2 and Income 3 fields. I am using Union function to see the Incomes side by side to see all three incomes in three columns.  But output shows in different rows. Can you please help me

Sounds like a couple of join tools or a join Multiple tool will work better
