I would like to combine rows if the sub categories are the same

Category	Subcategory	Amount (Cuba)	Amount (Mozambique)
A	A1	4	Null
A	A1	Null	3
A	A2	Null	5
A	A2	6	Null

Required Output

Category	Subcategory	Amount (Cuba)	Amount (Mozambique)
A	A1	4	3
A	A2	6	5
