Combine multiple rows for one user

Hello All -

Looking for some guidance on how to combine my user access lists which have users with multiple capabilities. Here's an example of the data i'm working with:

I'm trying to get the users data all in one line with all the different capabilities.

You can use the Summarize adding as concatenate.

That definitely helped me get my users to one row. Now i'm trying to figure out how to only have one "X" as a marker that they have that specific capability?

The Data Cleansing helped with the punctuations in my columns... should i do a formula to remove all the extra "x" in the columns?

You can have a multi field formula.
