Combine Fields from different sources with very similar names

I am joining data from multiple files and some field names are slightly different in one file than the other 

e.g. file 1: Filed Name: Utilization 

       file 2: Field Name: Utilization (%) 

I would like a way for the records under those fields to join without exact match of the field

Hi @Noorakroush 

Since there's no way to get the join tool to match on similar names, you'll have to remove the differences from the names.  If the number of distinct columns is not too large, you can build a mapping table and use Dynamic Rename to standardize your column names
