Combine Duplicate Rows In A Single Column

Hi, I am trying to combine:

Record # 678 (Wise) to Record #698 (wise).

I tried a few tools, but had no luck. Still relatively new to Alteryx so appreciate the guidance. Thanks!

You can use a function called Titlecase([Surname]) to make sure all your surnames start with a capital letter.

How are you looking to combine them? Summarize with Group By [Surname]?
