Combine 2 Reports into 1 Report to Contain All data from both

Question

We currently pull 2 reports, with the same format, and manually create a final report.  I would like to use Alteryx to create the final report.  I have attached the 2 sample reports and desired output report so see if it is possible.  Basically I want to include all adjustments from both reports in side by side columns.  Let me know if you have questions or need more information.  Thank you!
