Columns with data in excel showing as null in Alteryx

Hi everyone,

I am trying to read excel binary files into Alteryx and there are some fields that have content in excel that are showing as null in Alteryx. I tried changing the field type, but that did not help. Does anyone know what the issue is? Thanks!

The Excel file looks fine, but I do notice that the rows order are changed.

Is possible to upload an Excel File even for this part?

I want to check the Excel file itself, maybe some formating is preventign alteryx to read it?

It's not letting me upload a .xlsb file.

I think most likely there are merged cells involved.

You can convert the xlsb file to xlsx and upload.

I see what you mean, loading as a binary file the Growth Initiative column did not populate correctly, however it did populate when opening as a regular excel file.

Is it possible to work the file as a xlsx instead of a binary file? If not, please let us know so we can find an alternative solution for you.
