Columns and rows switcheroo

I believe this is a simple problem. I havent been able to solve it so far.

My gut feeling says "solve it with the transform tools". Just my luck that I am pretty bad using most of the tools in that section. If you have some material that you can point a beginner+ to, id appreciate it.

The problem.

I'm sure that there are multiple ways of solving this, so, bring it on ;-)

You gotta transpose then Cross-tab swapping the rows and headers
