Coloured Bar Chart Formatting

Hi all, 
Is there any way to fix the colours of the bar chart to positive and negative integers separately as shown below? 

 

This is my attempt which failed (Correct positioning but wrong colours) :

@atcodedog05 Thanks for the idea, I managed to get what I was looking for. Changed the min max values accordingly.
