@Rao2821 I don't think Alteryx would be able to hide excel columns

Hi @Rao2821

One way of doing this, follow the instructions from brianprestidge https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Discussions/Hiding-columns-in-Excel-Output/td-p/66....

It is impossible to hide columns with Alteryx, but if you keep the columns hide in Excel and write the data using delete and append, the hiding config will still be there.

Hi @Rao2821

A better way of doing this i think, if you provide the range of cells that you gonna write, you can keep the formatting.

Hi @Rao2821

There is no way for Alteryx to hide excel columns.

1) One option you can follow is to use a select tool to remove columns you don't need.

2) Another option is to Preserve Formatting on Overwrite (Range Required)

Hope this helps. If it does, please like the post and mark it as a solution.
