Clustering Products using Predictive Grouping

Hi all,

I will not be able to share the data since it is confidential.
I wanted to ask if somebody has worked on a clustering project for products/items (categorical and not numerical); around 200 unique groups and 10000 unique products,
The dataset that we have includes: customer, country, order ID, product GROUP code, product GROUP description, product code, product description, quantity, date.

Would appreciate any help in this!
