Cleaning up horizontal table with repeating columns by date

Hi!

I have the following table I need to clean up. I've been trying a lot of different approaches without any luck - so I need some help!

The dataset is attached and looks like this:

What I want to achieve is to have a date column with all dates, and that the repeating headers are added as single headers with the values from each date unioned.

The end result should look like this:

It could probably do with some tidying up but this works

Nice! However, this input will scale to 1000+ dates. Any way to make this model "scalable"?

This should already be scalable?  The filters aren't separating out the 3 dates, they're separating the date row, headers, and data.
