Cleaning Tiered Data

Hello Alteryx Community!

So I have tiered information in single columns that I would like Alteryx to take out and assign in a new column next to the information that would follow until a new account is named. I do not need any of the total or entirely blank rows. In column A you will see that there is both an account code and name. In column H, there is both Date and Description. I have uploaded an example of the raw data and a tab of what I am trying to achieve.

Any help would be much appreciated!!! I have been spending quite a while trying to use multi-row formulas but I can't get the results that i need :( Thanks again in advance!

How do you know the period is Jan-25?

Is it from:

What about rows that do not have Period? Do you still want them? Are they identified just be numeric values?

Whilst waiting for your response, I've cleansed your data from its original format to a proper data frame. Please find attached.

Hi, realised that there was an error in the format and it should have shown 25 Jan 2020 instead. For rows without period, ideally should still be able to indicate that they occured in the same month as the other rows with the relevant period? Thank you!
