Cleaning Data on Tiered Trial Balance

Hello Alteryx Community!

I have quite the doozy one for ya!

So I have tiered information in a single column that I would like Alteryx to take out and assign in a new column next to the information that follows until a new account is named.  However, I am having trouble making a formula that will do this.   I have uploaded a Raw Data Example and a tab of what I hope the results will look like (Desired Result tab).

In column A you will see that there is both an account number and entity code.  In column C, there is both account Name and Date.  Finally, in column D you will see that sometime the description is too long and will be split between two lines.

I do no need any of the total or blank spaces.

Any help would be much appreciated!!! I have been spending awhile working on this and have not gotten anywhere :(

Thanks again in advance!

Hi @nlarson002

A couple of Multi Row Formula tools and Filter tools would do the job:

Here is the sample workflow for your case.  Hope this is helpful.
