Choose the row of data to get from a spreadsheet

I have many tables of information in which I need to be able to question the user which row of data do they need. I'd like to have a list box with the States listed in it and then have that row of data export to a spreadsheet.  Is this possible?
(I added the workflow I was trying to create to extract the state)

@binu_acs Some of our users with a newer version of Alteryx cannot run the workflow.  Anyone with ideas as to how to get around this? This is what's not available in the newer version.

@ppatane This workflow was created from the latest version of the Alteryx. I updated the workflow by removing the replace function from the filter tool. Can you try now?
