Charting Tool Error on AAH

Hello!

I have a Designer workflow that runs fine everywhere else besides a charting tool that seems to cause an error on AAH.

Error: 98: An unknown error occurred in II_PushRecord.

Error: 98: An unknown error occurred in II_Close.

I did containerize that particular chart and the whole workflow runs without issue, so I believe I have deduced that this tool is causing the issue.

The data going into the pie chart is relatively straight forward and I group the charts by the Pipeline column:

Is this a bug on AAH or is something nefarious within my dataset?

Hi @NathanOch ,

This is a known bug on AAH before 21.2 - nothing you are doing wrong. Maybe try the Interactive Charting tool if it meets your needs?
