Changing the naming convention in a column for just one row

Hi,

how can I change the text in a column for just one row ?

I have tried using the table tool and creating a "row rule" but it only gives an option to change a row if it equals or does not equal a certain amount but my dataset has duplicates and I do not want the text changed in any other row

thanks !
