Changing field name

Question

Hi

I want to change field name of a column which is a date in format YYYYMMDD to a string "Date" using dynamic rename formula tool. Can somebody help me with this. Below is a example of the data i have and the result i want

2022010620220106

Result

Date20220106

Also it will be helpfull if someone can explain in simple terms how is dynamic renaming different from renaming using select tool in this example.
