Changing User Id Of Alteryx Designer Desktop Application

I want to sign out my Alteryx Admin Designer desktop application with the present user id(ie.  Alteryx   14 days trial)  and want to use my university user id to log in to the Alteryx desktop application. How to do re-login the desktop application?

If you have a new key to be activated you will want to go to Options -> Manage Licenses and it will give you the ability to enter the key that your university has provided.
