Change only part of a field to uppercase

Hi - I have fields that look like this - 

ABCD bonus rewards

ABCD premium rewards

I would like them to look like this 

ABCD Bonus Rewards

ABCD Premium Rewards

When I change to title case I obviously get this Abcd Choice Rewards - so how do i keep ABCD as all caps?
