Change month columns into multiple rows and columns

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to take month columns and make them rows but keep the month they belong to as a value in the row. I need to keep the columns that they are but have the rows notate the month they belong to. Here is an example of my data and the out put I am trying to achieve.
