Change in user id and workflow dependencies

Good evening everyone! I am quite a beginner with Alteryx and I am having some issues sharing my workflows with my colleagues.

In the workflow I have created, the input excel file has this path: C:\Users\59452727\Box\Alteryx reports\June data\Weekly Data.xlsx

However, when sharing the workflow with a colleague, which has access to the same Box folders (so they all have access to Alteryx reports --> June data --> Weekly data).

I would therefore need my user id to be changed to my colleague's (mine is 59452727 whereas my colleague's is 3347221), so that they can find the same file with the following path: C:\Users\3347221\Box\Alteryx reports\June data\Weekly Data.xlsx.

Changing manually the id number is not viable, given the high number of inputs in the workflow.

I have tried following what was being suggested in this thread

https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Discussions/Workflow-user-id-dependencies/td-p/890...

but when I change the workflow dependencies clicking on "all relative" I get the following:

..\..\..\Users\59452727\Box\Alteryx reports\June Data

As you can see, my user id is still there, so the issue is not really solved.

Thank you for your help

Do you have your workflow saved in a subfolder of C:\Users\59452727\Box\? I think if you do that then the "all relative" should remove that part of the path.
