Change default gallery admin

Hi,

I need to change the default gallery admin. What is the process for this? Will it cause any system instability? I just want to ensure this will not have any negative enterprise wide impact.

Use the setup shortcut for the system settings and change the default admin there.  I've not experienced any issues with the change of the default.
