Change Last name order

Hello Everyone,

-I have a Last Name column of a spreadsheet of thousands of row.

-The Manager Column looks like Below:

Manager of Apples:

Chris W Smith

John Washington

Ken Doe

- I would like the last name to look like this in the column :

Manager of Apples:

Smith W, Chris

Washington, John

Doe, Ken

I tried using some reg Ex and no luck.

Please post your YXMD so I can test.
