I'm looking for an improved way to handle the following App requirement.

If a user of the app selects a RADIO button, then a FILE Browse is required.  Otherwise, the FILE Browse isn't necessary.  

When left blank, an error message is delivered. My app only needs an input file when the TRUE condition exists.

How would you solve this?

I am overthinking it.

The attached app should do the trick for you. If "Don't Need File" is selected, no error is thrown.

Thank you for your solution.  It is precisely what I was attempting to do & it was precisely as I was attempting to do it.  I did however have a minor error!  With -2 font, I didn't see that the UPDATE tool had a "Required" checkbox selected.
